Sânia is research assistant with the Integrated Engineering Group at University of São Paulo (EESC-USP). She is graduated on Industrial Engineering at the Federal University of Goiás (UFG), where she had the opportunity to act in multiple projects related to operations research, computer simulation and product design. Her research focus is on Improvement of Product Development Process, with emphasis on Business Process Management, Strategy Alignment and Process Capability. Her professional experience includes Lean Management, Project Management and Business Process Improvement at Mitsubish Motors, where she is currently enrolled. Also, she has teaching experience as a substitute lecturer on Industrial Engineering Department at the Federal University of Goiás (UFG). Sânia’s research interests include Product Development Process, Product and Service Development, Product Life-cycle Management, Business Process Management and Project Management.
