Maiara is a master’s student with the Integrated Engineering Group at University of São Paulo (EESC – USP). She is graduated on Aeronautical Engineering at the same university. Her research focus is on Product and Service Development, with particular focus on the application of Design Thinking on the PSS Development Process, which includes the Fuzzy Front-End or Front-End of Innovation. Her professional experience includes Business Process Mapping at EMBRAER (Brazil), Configuration Management at Airbus Defence & Space (Germany) and Project and Configuration Management at Airship do Brasil (Brazil). Her research interests include Product and Service Development, Product Life-cycle Management, Enterprise Integration and Project Management.
Her current work for her MSc dissertation is called “Applying design thinking to support innovation on PSS (product-service system) development“.
