Érica is a research assistant at Universidade de São Paulo (EESC-USP) researching PSS in Business Model at Integrated Integrated Engineering Group. She graduated at Federal University of Uberlândia (UFU) with a year at Loughborough University (England); where she was a research intern at Centre for Sustainable Manufacturing and Recycling Technologies in the computer simulation area. Her professional experience includes operations management in a startup; beyond that, she is the co-founder of the ONG Engineers Without Borders in Ituiutaba, where she acted on project management. Her research interests include Product Service Systems, Business Model, and Project Management.
