A curious guy, Daniel is passionate on learning new things and open for new ideas.
Has a bachelor in Industrial Engineering at the Engineering School of São Carlos and a Master Degree obtained within the Integrated Engineering Group. During Masters studies, Daniel took an user-centered approach to understand the users of design process models.
Currently, is a PhD candidate researching the representation of Circular Economy Business Models through a systemic tool called Circular Value Network Model. Is the 2017 representative of USP at the Schmidt MacArthur Fellowship program on Circular Economy. During the second semester of 2018, Daniel stays at TU Delft as a visiting PhD student at the Circular Product Design research group.
Has been involved in the Engineering Design trail at Insper as a Part-time professor.
