Daniel Capaldo Amaral

He received the undergraduate and master degree in Industrial Engineering, concluded at 1997 at UFSCar. Since then has researched in the product development and innovation management area. He received a doctoral degree at University of Sao Paulo, in 2002, developing a knowledge management software tool for support the product development process. Has published conference papers in this area and is currently supervising a number of master students. He has lectures and consultancy experience at project and product development management and is in charge for lectures about these topics at Sao Carlos School of Engineering. His research interests are product development, project management applied for innovative manufactured products, innovation management and business process modeling applied to product development and collaborative engineering.
